This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), what you need and your message. We also keep standard server logs, such as the time of a request and your IP address, to keep the site secure and to stop spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to run your project. We don't sell your information or add you to mailing lists without asking.
Who handles it
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests and delivers form messages to our inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile may check that a submission comes from a person.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they're useful for the conversation and any project that follows, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing inquiry@kubytes.com.
